- as per taste Salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup chicken stock
Instructions to make to make English Breakfast
- For Baked Beans - Soak the Haricot beans overnight and wash the beans well the next day, bring it to a boil in hot water and on the medium flame boil, set aside and drain
- In a pan add chicken stock, tomato purée, tomato ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper powder, onion powder, and salt, and add the boiled beans, add water, and bring it to boil on medium flame
- Simmer for 20 mins, add cornstarch in water and stir, set aside. Baked Beans is ready
- For Bacon &
Sausage - in a pan add the Bacon strips which are from the Pork loin and on medium flame cook until crisp, add the pork sausage and fry in the same bacon fried fat, set aside - For mushrooms - in a pan heat oil and fry the mushrooms until well done, set aside
- For tomatoes - wash the tomatoes and halve them. In a pan heat oil and fry the tomatoes on each side until well done
- For Fried Eggs or Sunny Side Up - in a pan heat oil and break the fresh eggs, on low flame cook until well done yet the eggs would be firm, set aside
- For fried Bread - in England Sourdough bread fried is traditionally eaten and I made two slices and fried them in oil. Make it crispy, set aside
- Assemble - in a plate assemble the fried sausage, bacon, fried tomatoes, fried mushrooms, fried eggs, and fried bread and place the baked beans on the sides. English breakfast can never be complete without an Earl Grey Tea, enjoy 😊
