- 1.5 cups fine semolina (rava)
- 2 cups fresh Yogurt (Dahi)

- 1-2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon pink salt
- 2-3 tablespoon pudina chutney
- 2-3 tablespoons tamarind water or chutney
- as required Some blueberries (optional)
Steps to make to make No Fry Suji Dahi Vadas
- Wash and Soak urad dal in water for 3-4 hours.
Grind into a fine paste.
Add semolina, salt and 1/2 cup water. Mix thoroughly and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat an Appam pan. Apply a few drops of oil.
Drop a spoon of the batter in each Appam space.
Flip and Cook for 2 minutes from each side. - Take them out in a bowl. Add hot water and let the Vadas dip in the hot water for 10 minutes.
Take yogurt in a bowl. Add sugar and mix with a fork or whisk.
Now squeeze each vadas with your fingers to remove excess water.
